Today is Sunday ,a joyful holiday,I come to marduri had four days ,I feel very tired,not due to work,but due to different language made me could'nt communion with Indians.they speak English had a strong accent ,I am crazy for Indians English.just as well, a friend that I have acquaintanceship,his name is wahabi.he come from Afghanistan,his English was chastely.now,only he and dr xuqing can understand my English.i am very sad. Yesterday night, I go to library with wahabi.wahabi and dr xuqing help me always,if no their help,I shall more sad.library haven't too many ophthalmology book,but have a lot of CD,I suggest if dr will study in avanind ,then you must take a notebook PC,and need a move fixed disk.then you can store many CD to back.i find a book about cataract translate by dr haoxiaojun.i am very joy.library closed in ten oclock.i walk with wahabi,Indians night wasn,t fun,in fact ,daytime was'nt fun together. I got up in 6 oclock this morning .when I come to India,I get up six and go to bed ten every day ,today are no exceptions.weather is fine,so I decide to run and took any pictures.Indians are very friendly for foreign,if you smile to them or greeting to them,then they must to smile to you .but it made I unaccustomed was they shake their head show yes always.i had mistake their means time after time.now I know they shake their head was yes,because they smile to you when they shake their head. Foods was very different with china,all foods was acetous,they often mixed mice and dish together,used right hand take food to mouth.their left hand never touch food,someone told me left hand would used by relieve nature.if you shake hands left hand was discourteously.i made myself adapt their bite and sup harder.but when I look dr xuqing eat dish,I could't bursting to laugh,because dish like any yellow paste..it seemd my chin be slim when i looked into the mirror.i think I should be more slim when I come back.i often dreamed to eating meat,when I awoken,I am very sad for no meat can eat.dr fengqi would come to marduri tomorrow,I phone to her I need a pure meat,dr xuqing need chocolate,she laugh us.she would think I am a boss like the film jiafangyifang by fengxiaogang directd.if one chicken in my prensence,I should let it clear fastly. I had learned in hospital.dr sumit was teacher for ECCE trainee.he is an IOL fellow.he always silence,maybe he couldn't understand what I say.avanind had a best idea for trainee for how to learn microscope surgy.i felt increased very fast.dr v was the founder for avanind hospital,I was admire for his doing more and more.avanind has a factory,I was very suprising when I visited their workshop, their shop can product all production about ophthalmic.like bistoury,eyedrop,all size suture,IOL,viscous,dye introeye etc.due to they product by themselves ,cost be very cheap.one case SICS cost only 6 dollars.this was main reason for they devolop free cataract surgey. Phone to my wife just,in phone,I listen to my baby was shouting,my eye had been wetness,I yearned my family too strong.my wife told me a friends name LASA translate my diary very good,better then my write,I was thank lasa very much.my English diary had a lot of error,you could understand actually, you were ripsnorting.

今天是星期天，一个快乐的假日。我来marduri 已经四天了，我感到非常累，不是因为工作，而是因为我现在仍然无法同印度人交流。他们讲的英语方言太重，该死的印度英语让我快崩溃了。幸好, 有一从阿富汗来的哥们叫wahabi ，他的英语非常纯正。现在，只有他和xuqing医生可以听懂我说的英语。真郁闷！
昨天晚上，我同wahabi去图书馆。wahabi和xuqing医生一直在帮助我，如果没有他们的帮助，我就更“傻眼”了。图书馆没有太多眼科类的书，但是有很多CD。我建议，如果有医生来Aravind学习，你一定要带个笔记本电脑，再带一个移动磁盘。那样你能存储许多CD带回来。我发现了一本由郝晓军医生翻译的关于白内障的书，太让我兴奋了。图书馆在晚上十点钟关门。在印度晚上没什么意思，其实，即使在白天也一样没意思。
我今天早晨6点钟起床。来印度后，我一直早晨六点钟起床，晚上十点钟睡觉，今天也不例外。今天天气非常好，所以我决定出去跑步并拍些相片。印度人对外国人是非常友好的，如果你在街上微笑的看着他们或同他们打招呼，他们也一定会还你一个微笑。但让我不习惯的是他们摇头是表示“是”的意思。这让我误会了他们很多次。现在我知道他们摇头表示的是“是”。
印度的饮食与中国有很大的不同， 所有的食物基本上都是酸味的，他们经常把饭和菜拌在一起吃，用右手把食物直接送到嘴里。他们的左手从来不接触食物，他们告诉我上厕所是用左手的。所以用左手握手也是很不礼貌的。我正在艰难的适应着他们的饮食。当我看xuqing医生时吃饭时，我笑不出来了，因为盘子里的菜是黄色的糊状的东西（PS：感到恶心吧,印度菜就那样，以糊状的为主）。当我照镜子的时候，我发现我又变瘦了。待到归国时，我会更瘦地！我经常夜里做梦在吃肉，当我醒了，发现是梦时，感觉老失落了（PS：印度人以素食为主）。彭清医生明天会来到marduri，我打电话对她说我想吃肉， xuqing医生需要巧克力，她笑话我们。她会认我现在就像电影《甲方乙方》里那个被丢在农村的老板。如果现在在我面前有一只烧鸡，我会很快啃的“溜干净”。
我已经在医院开始实习了。Sumit医生是ECCE实习生的带教医生，他是IOL的fellow。他总是不怎么说话，有可能是他听不懂我说的话。Aravind让实习生学习显微外科手术有一套非常好的思路。我感觉进步的非常快。V医生是Aravind医院的创建者，我是对他越来越敬佩。Aravind有一个工厂，当我参观他们车间的时候让我非常震惊， 他们的工厂可以生产与眼科有关的所有产品。比如手术刀，眼药水，各种尺寸的手术缝合线等。由于是自产的，所以价格非常便宜。一个SICS病例只需要6美元。主要是他们对白内障手术开展免费业务。
刚刚与我老婆通完电话，当我听到电话里我的小孩的声音，我的眼睛湿润了，我太想我的家人了！ 我的老婆告诉我一个叫“拉萨”的朋友把我的英语日记翻译了，非常感谢“拉萨”。我的英语日记有一些错误，你居然还能看懂，你真够“牛B”的。
