Faculty opportunity (Associate or Assistant Professor Position in Corneal, External Eye Diseases & Refractive Surgery) at the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences (DOVS), The Chinese University of Hong Kong. (Closing date: Jan 20, 2009)

Applicants should (i) have a medical qualification (preferably approved for full registration with The Medical Council of Hong Kong) and relevant post-registration experience; and (ii) have higher qualification and clinical, research and teaching experience and expertise in the subspecialty area of corneal, external eye diseases and refractive surgery.

Joint Shantou International Eye Center of the Shantou University & The Chinese University of Hong Kong (JSIEC)
(Faculty Position in China)

Professorial Appointment (Corneal, External Eye Diseases & Refractive Surgery) at the JSIEC. (Closing date: Jan 20, 2009)

JSIEC was officially open in summer 2002 and is an eye center combining the disciplines of quality patient care, training & education programs as well as innovative research. There are 8 operating theatres and 100 beds. We have over 50 eye doctors working at JSIEC and we plan to expand to over 100 in the coming 5 years. We are now looking for a senior ophthalmologist at professorial appointment to look after the subspecialty of "Corneal, External Eye Diseases & Refractive Surgery".

Applicants should (i) have a medical qualification (preferably approved for full registration with The Medical Council of Hong Kong) and relevant post-registration experience; and (ii) have higher qualification and clinical, research and teaching experience and expertise in the subspecialty area of corneal, external eye diseases and refractive surgery.
