Post operative shallow anterior chamber following trabeculectomy is ridden with serious complication if not taken care of at the right time . Management of a prolonged inappropriately managed shallow anterior chamber following trabeculectomy is shared. The patient had developed anterior synechia , cataract and choroidal effusion. When repeated efforts to form the AC fail , the filtration site is explored and corrective measures taken with the help of a conjunctival graft from the same eye. Later, cataract surgery presents another challenges like small rigid pupil , poor cornea and floppy nature of the iris.
