Purpose: To describe a case of chiasmal glioma in terms of visual function with long term follow-up
Methods: Observational case report
Results and Conclusions: Visual acuity and Visual evoked potential were stable during follow-up periods. Visual fields change was the most variable parameters due to insufficient fixation, but overall pattern showed bitemporal hemianopsia. Optic disc pallor was compatible with retinal nerve fiber layer loss in OCT. Chiadsmal hypertrophy in MRI showed no significant change in 10 years. In conclusion, we report a case of chiasmal glioma in Neurofibromatosis I in which visual function was stable for 10 years.
