A Complete Clinical Manifestation of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) A Case Report

Background: Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma is the most commonly occuring hematological cancer and the fifth leading cause of cancer death in US. NHL is the second fastet- growing cancer in the US in term of mortality rate.
Purpose: To report a case of NHL patient with complete manifestation of lymphatic organ involvement.
Methods: a case report reviwed from patient's medical record
Result: A sixty years old-male came to eye clinic of Sardjito General Hospital with protrusion of the left eye since the past 2 years. Enlargement of bilateral submandibular, left cervical and inguinal lymph nodes were noticed. Minimal effusion of right pleura was reported. Histologic examination showed Diffuse non hodgkin lymphoma, large B cell type, intermediate malignancy. Systemic chemotherapy was asministered to manage this patient.
Conclusion: A complete manifestation of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma has been reported.
