Purpose: To report a case of primary extramammary breast carcinoma in the eyelid

Method: Case report with clinical photos/pathological slides

Results & Conclusions:
Primary extramammary breast carcinoma has been reported in the literature but mostly in areas known as "milk lines". We would like to report a case of eyelid tumour with the histopathological diagnosis of mammary analogue endocrine intraductal carcinoma of eyelid. Metastatic workup has been negative. According to our literature search this has been the first case reported in this part of the body. With the help of illustrations using clinical photos, pathological slides, we would like to discuss about the clinical, pathological features and the clinical implication.
