Fig. 20 A 13-year-old child presented with a 2-week history of sinusitis and anosmia. Her visual acuity decreased to to 20/400 1 day prior to admission. Computed tomography shows a large ethmoid tumor extending through the cribriform plate and optic canal. A rhabdomyosarcoma was diagnosed by biopsy.
