The photographs have two points for orientation, which are constant. One is a small iris defect marked with a circle on the left, and the other is a small central notch in the capsulotomy marked with a square on the right. On the day of surgery the optic haptic junctions were marked with a dot, but 6 months later they were marked with an X demonstrating an approximate 15-degree rotation from its position the day of surgery.
