Minor salivary gland biopsy from the lower lip revealed infiltration of eosynophils, lymphocytes and plasma cells. The biopsy was sufficient to make the diagnosis combined with the clinical picture. The same patient developed orbital lymphoma, which is depicted in frame B, 3 years after the diagnosis of Sjögren disease.
