| 七年制医学教育的目的是培养高级实用型人才、还是科研型人才，存在很多不明了的地方，毕业后的使用也存在两者兼难。在医学教育较快发展的现代，国家、家庭及个人已经花费了大量的人力、财力和时间培养出来的人才，能不能达到社会需要，同时个人又得到较好发挥，还存在许多讨论和解决的问题，其中质量观是根本问题。本文就七年制医学教育在质量创新、素质教育及专业技能等方面现状及发展方向作一评议，以期对未来七年制医学教育质量的提高提供理论依据。
Abstract :It is unclear that the objective of seven-year medical education is to culture high-grade utility talented man or scientific research man. The both usage after graduation exists difficulty. In the time of rapid medical developping, it is many problem about the social demand for talented men and the development of them. The mass concept is the fundamental question. This article discusses seven-year medical education mass in creativeness, disposition education and specialized skill , to provede theory basis for seven-year medical education quality. |
