| [摘要] 目的：评价3.2mm透明角膜隧道切口白内障超声乳化吸除联合折叠人工晶状体植入术与5.5mm巩膜隧道切口白内障超声乳化吸除联合PMMA硬性人工晶状体植入术后角膜散光的变化。方法：对64例、70只眼，按照切口不同分成A组：3.2mm透明角膜隧道切口，B组：5.5mm巩膜隧道切口。分别行白内障超声乳化吸除联合折叠和硬性人工晶状体植入术，比较术后角膜散光变化。结果：术后第1天至第3个月两组裸眼或矫正视力均超过0.5，差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。术后各期两组之间的角膜散光变化也无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：两种切口手术后均可获得良好的视力恢复，两组术后引起的角膜散光变化无统计学差异。【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the changes of astigmatism induced by 3.2mm corneal tunnel incision and 5.5mm scleral tunnel incision after phacoemulsification. Methods Phacoemulsification was perfected on 64 cases (70eyes) with two differnt incisions. Compare the changes of corneal astigmatism after operation bewteen group A(3.0mm corneal tunnel incision ) and group B(5.5mm scleral tunnel incision ). Results The changes of corneal astigmatism were not significant in the above two groups during the postoperative 1day、1week、1 month and 3 month respectively. Conclution The vision raise is fast in two different incisions. The difference of corneal astigmatism after phacoemulsification was not significant bewteen the two groups. |
