| [摘要] 目的 探讨浅池状平坦部滤过术治疗难治性青光眼的可行性,有效性与安全性。方法 对难治性青光眼45例45眼行该手术,观察手术前后视力、眼压等指标变化。结果 全部病例术后高眼压症都获缓解,经过2年随访,眼压较满意,视力稳定或提高,未出现严重并发症。结论 浅池状睫状体平坦部滤过术是治疗难治性青光眼一种安全有效的方法,值得推广和进一步深入研究 。
[Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effectiveness feasibility and security of pars plana filtration surgical technique for refracory glaalims metrlhods fority-five eye of refractory glaucom were performed surgery with pars plana Filtration Technique.The Intraocular pressure and visual acuity were observedbefore and after the surgery Results 45eyes of refractory glaucoma were undergone this technique of surgery the IOP of 45 eyes were satisfactorily controlled No severe complications occurred during and after the surgrry Conclusion pars plana filtration technique is an effective\safe and feasible surgical technique for for refractory glaucoma. |
