目的 比较正常晶状体眼和4种不同材质人工晶状体眼的对比敏感度及波前像差,分析不同晶状体眼视觉质量的差别。方法 连续选取2004年10月到2005年10月期间在我院确诊为年龄相关性白内障患者60例(72眼)作为观察对象,随机分为四组,行超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,分别植入SN60AT , MZ60BD , Sensar AR40e 和AQ-310NV。对照组为正常晶状体眼10例(15眼)。术后2个月回访病人,行对比敏感度和波前像差检查。 结果 在夜及夜+周边眩光条件下(中频区),自然眼组的对比敏感度明显优于手术组﹙P<0.05);自然眼的球差明显低于SN60AT组或MZ60BD组或AQ-310NV组﹙P<0.05),自然眼的球差较Sensar AR40e组无显著性差异﹙P>0.05); SN60AT组的彗差明显大于MZ60BD组或SENSAR AR40e组或AQ-310NV组﹙P<0.05)。 结论 自然眼的视觉质量明显优于人工晶状体眼。4组人工晶状体眼之间视觉质量无明显差异。
Objective To compare high-order wavefront aberrations and contrast sensitivity in pseudophakic eyes implanted with four different types of intraocular lenses (IOLs) and in normal eyes to obtain an objective evaluation of the optical quality of these eyes. Methods 60patients (72 eyes) were selected randomly to accept phacoemulsification and implant IOLs of SN60AT, MZ60BD, Sensar AR40e and AQ-310NV. Examinations of contrast sensitivity and total higher-order wavefront aberrations were carried out on these pseudophakic eyes and normal eyes at 2 months after cataract surgery. Results The contrast sensitivity under the nighttime and the nighttime with periglare condition (at medial special frequency) were significantly better in the nomal eyes than these pseudophakic eyes. Spherical aberrations showed significant increase with these pseudophakic eyes comparing with nor¬mal eyes. Coma aberrations showed a significant increase with the SN60AT, comparing with other groups. Conclusion Our study shows the optical quality of normal eyes was significantly better than pseudophakic eyes, there were no significant difference between pseudophakic eyes. |
