| [摘 要] 目的 观察中西医结合治疗II型视神经乳头血管炎的疗效。方法收集42例II型视神经乳头血管炎患者，分成西医组21例，中西医结合组21例。西医组接受常规西医治疗，中西医结合组是在西医治疗的基础上根据辨证施治，随证加减，口服中药。通过视力、眼底检查、眼底荧光素造影及OCT检查评价疗效，预测愈合情况。结果 经过3~12月的临床随访观察，西医和中西医结合对II型视神经乳头血管炎治疗有一定的疗效，中西医结合组疗效优于单纯西医组(P<0.05)，视力变化情况中西医结合组优于单纯西医组(P<0.05) 。结论 中药有助于II型视神经乳头血管炎的炎症控制，促进视网膜出血吸收，水肿消退，视力提高。中西医结合治疗该病能缩短病程，减轻病情，提高疗效。

[Abstract] OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of treatment to the second optic disc vasculitis with the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine . METHODS 42 patients with the second optic disc vasculitis were divided into 2 groups. There were 21 cases in the western medicine group and 21 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group. The western medicine group were undergone western medicine treatment. In the base of western treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group drank traditional Chinese herbs. They were diagnosed and treated based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms. Terapeutic and curative effects were evaluated by visual acuity, funds findings, fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) and optical coherence tomography(OCT). RESULTS These patients were followed up for 3-12 months after treatment. There were all clinical effects in the treatment of the western medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the second optic disc vasculitis. The traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group was much better than the western medicine group in clinical effects and visual acuity improving(p<0.05). CONCLUSION The traditional Chinese herbs are helpful in the inflammatory control on the second optic disc vasculitis. They can help to absorb retinal hemorrhage, release retinal oedema and improve visual acuity. The taditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can shorten the courses, release dangers and improve clinical effects in the treatment of the second optic disic vasculitis.
