高海拔地区Moria M2自动微型角膜刀在LASIK手术中稳定性的研究

摘要 目的 探讨高海拔地区Moria M2自动微型角膜刀在LASIK手术中的的稳定性。方法 在2295米的高海拔地区,通过观察286例LASIK手术中制作的角膜瓣的质量,出现的瓣并发症,制作角膜瓣厚度的可预测性。判断高海拔地区Moria M2自动微型角膜刀在LASIK手术中稳定性。结果 Moria M2自动微型角膜刀制作的所有角膜瓣均成功,未出现一例严重缺陷瓣。但系统产生的固定眼球的负压吸引力低,制作角膜瓣时眼球的不稳定性增加,发生相关并发症(如瓣偏位)的几率增加。另外制作的角膜瓣厚度比理论值高。讨论 在高海拔地区Moria M2自动微型角膜刀在LASIK手术中总体性能稳定、制作角膜瓣可靠。但在计算安全角膜厚度时应多保留22μm。而且术中应注意避免影响刀头运行的任何不利因素。 关键词 高海拔; Moria M2自动微型角膜刀 ; 角膜瓣 Research on the stability of Moria M2 auto—microkeratome in LASIK opertions in high sea-level regions Li xin zhang zhang li Department of ophthalmology Qinghai Red Cross Hospital 【Abstract】Objective to research the stability of Moria M2 auto—microkeratome in LASIK opertions in high sea-level regions. Method by observing the quality of corneal flap,the complication and the predictability of corneal thickness among 286 LASIK opertions made in the region of 2295 meters above sea-level. Judge the stability of Moria M2 auto—microkeratome in LASIK opertions in high sea-level regions.Results all the corneal flap produced by Moria M2 auto—microkeratome are successful. None has serious defective flap .However ,the negative suction produced by the system while fixing the eyeball .increases the unstability of eyeballs when produce the corneal flap, and increase the chance of complication happening .Besides,the corneal flap produced should be thicker than theoretical data .Conclusions on the whole,in high sea-level regions, Moria M2 auto—microkeratome is stable and reliable in LASIK operations, but when evaluate safe corneal thickness, it should keep 22mm more.Besides, it must avoid any disadvantageous elements which will affect the work of the microkeratome head.
