| 神经生长因子治疗无光感性视神经炎的疗效观察

目的 为探讨神经生长因子(NGF)治疗无光感性视神经炎的疗效。方法 在我院2004年6月～2007年4月诊断为无光感性视神经炎31例46只眼，随机分为2组。治疗组：15例22只眼，对照组：16例24只眼。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗上加用神经生长因子1～2个疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率90.9％而对照组总有效率66.7％，两组间有统计学意义(χ2=4.19 P<0.05)。结论 神经生长因子治疗无光感性视神经炎有较好的疗效，且应用简单，无毒副作用。
Therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor injection on the treatment of neuritis without light perception

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor inject on the treatment of neuritis without light perception. Methods 15 cases 22eyes (observation group) and 16 cases 24 eyes (control group) of neuritis without light perception were treated by conventional therapy, but in the observation group, nerve growth factor was added through muscle injection for 1~2 periods.
Results The therapectic effect in observation group (90.9%) was more satisfactory than in control group (66.7%), there being the statistical significance (χ2=4.19 P<0.05). Conclusion Application of nerve growth factor can benefit obviously the treatment of neuritis without light perception with advantages of simply operation and no side effects.
