Cosmetic Surgery Treatment For Upper Involutional Lateral Entropion

Abstract: Objective To discuss the cosmetic surgery treatment for the senile cutis laxa combined with the upper lateral involutional entropion and trichiasis and evalue the operational result. Methods 16 cases (26eyes) were undergoing with the upper lids cutis laxa excision and modified double eyelid operation correction in senile upper involutional entropion from Mar. 2005 to Dec. 2006. Results There were 26 eye (100%) satisfactory cases, ocular complaints eliminated and got the well appearance. Conclusion It is practicable for the cosmetic surgery treatment for the senile upper lateral involutional entropion.

摘要 目的 讨论以美容手术的方法矫正老年上睑退行性皮肤松弛伴上睑内翻倒睫的治疗体会,并评价手术效果。 方法 2005年3月－2006年12月本院眼科门诊收治的16例26眼老年性上睑退行性睑内翻患者，均实施了上睑皮肤松弛切除联合改良双重睑的手术方法。 结果 随访3个月，26眼（100％）眼部不适症状消失，外观较术前明显改善。 结论 美容手术方法矫正老年退行性上睑内翻是切实可行的。
