| [摘要] 目的 探讨视神经间接损伤药物治疗的临床效果。方法 视神经间接损伤 12例，采用大剂量皮质类固醇、脱水剂、扩血管及视神经营养药物综合治疗。 结果 经药物综合治疗，显效6例（占50%），有效4例（占33.33%），无效2例（占16.67%）。 结论 视神经间接损伤应尽早联合药物积极抢救，对伤后无光感者也要积极救治，不可轻易放弃。其疗效与受伤程度、伤后救治时间密切相关。
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of medication on traumatic optic neuropathy . Methods Twelve patients (12 eyes) with traumatic optic neuropathy were treated with high-dose corticosteroids , dehydrating agent, dilating blood vessel and trophic optic nerve . Result Visual acuity were improved more than two rows in 6 cases (6 out of 12cases,50%) , less than two rows in 4 cases (33.33%) , non-improved in 2 cases (16.67%). Conclusions The patients , also the non light perception at initial , should be treated actively with combined medication. The curative effect is correlated to the degree of injury and time for treatment.
