Objective To investigate the clinical results of subjective wavefront-guided LASIK for myopia. Methods The patients whose wavefront examination results were consistent with refraction were divided into 2 groups. The experimental group undergone wavefront-guided LASIK, and the controlled group received conventional LASIK. To compare the difference in visual acuity, refraction, and aberration postoperatively between two groups. Results There were 29 cases (57 eyes) in the experimental group , and 30 cases (57eyes) in the controlled group. There were no significantly different in refraction and visual acuity postoperatively between 2 groups. But the increase of RMS in experimental group was less than that in controlled group in 3 months after surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion The subjective wave-front guided LASIK may decrease the increase of aberration postoperatively, and improve the visual quality.
