目的:探讨上泪道结石伴泪道囊肿的治疗方法与临床效果.方法:手术摘除泪道囊肿取出结石,硬膜外麻醉导管留置四个月.结果:对4例泪小管结石伴泪道囊肿的患者手术治疗,拔除硬膜外麻醉导管后随访一年,泪道冲洗通畅,未再出现泪溢、流脓局部红肿症状.结论:上泪道结石临床少见,手术摘除囊肿取出结石,术后硬膜外麻醉导管留置4个月是治疗上泪道结石伴泪道囊肿的有效方法.

Abstract:objective to explor the clinical effect of keeping epidural anesthesia duct after operation to treat upper lacrimal cannaliculus calculus.Methods:four cases of upper lacrimal cannaliculus calculus were keeped epidural anesthesia duct for 4 months after removing the calculus . Results:four cases of cannaliculuswere unblocked after 1 year follow-up .Conclusion:Keeping epidural anesthesia duct after removing the caclus to treatment for apper lacrimal cannaliculus is one of safe and effective methods. |
