| ABSTRACT：Hematodialysis with secondary glaucoma is characterized by crystal inflation、 shallow anterior chamber and osmotic pressure of plasma fall-off because of chronic hemodialysis,intraocular tension increased and visual functional lesion accordingly. This disease often accompany by hypotension、hypoproteinemia 、hypertension and anaemia .etc. Connection with clinical data，in this text, the incidence、clinical features、differential diagnosis and treatment strategy were briefly discussed.

摘要：血液透析并发继发性青光眼是由于长期血透致血浆渗透压逐渐下降，晶体膨胀，前房变浅，房水生成增多及排出受阻，从而使眼压增高，视功能 损害.该病常与糖尿病、慢性肾炎、低血压、低蛋白血症、高血压、贫血等全身病伴行。本文结合临床资料就其发病率、临床表现、鉴别诊断和治疗策略作了简要讨论。
