The effect of puerarin on prevention of peroxynitrite-induced damage to the LEC and Fas/FasL apoptosis signal in culture

Results There were significant differences between the control , ONOO- and puerarin groups. Conclusions The LEC apoptosis in culture induced by ONOO- could be alleviated by puerarin. Fas/Fas L cell signal transduction route may affect and strengthen the apoptosis process mediated by ONOO-. |
