眼内肿物伴单侧青光眼

Abstract
PURPOSE: To report a patient with unilateral glaucoma associated with an asymptomatic an intraocular mass.
METHODS: Case report.
RESULTS: Ophthalmologic examination revealed increased intraocular pressure, iridodialysis, a fundus mass, nasal visual island. Intraocular mass was removed, and visual acuity and visual field loss was stabilized.
CONCLUSION: Intraocular mass lesions should be examined carefully to allow for early detection and treatment of potential ocular problems, including glaucoma.
