Axonal regeneration after optic nerve crush in mice lacking Nogo-A/B/C

To investigate axonal regeneration of retinal ganglion cells of Nogo-A/B/C knockout mice after optic nerve crush. Methods The left eye of every mice was crushed and right of every mice as normal control.Result There is significance of axonal growth between experimental and control group. Conclusion Knockout of Nogo gene can enhance axonal regeneration after optic nerve injury.
