| Objective:To compare the rotational stability of toric IOLs Method:Patients with cataract as the only ocular disease were randomly implanted with toric IOLs.IOL position was documented with digital retroillumination images,analyzed with program Adobe PhotoshopResults:The mean comparison was evaluated by t-test,(P>0.05).The absolute rotation degree value was evaluated with Wilcoxon-test,for 7d (uc=1.97>1.96,P<0.05).The ratio of direction and degree over 5°were evaluated with X2-test,all(P>0.05)Conclusions:Toric IOLs with axis near the vertical direction of coordinate show greater stability |
