目的:评估没食子酸丙酯(Propyl Gallate,PG)与抗真菌药联合应用对眼科常见致病丝状真菌有无抗真菌协同作用,为开发有效的眼科抗真菌药提供实验依据。方法:用微量液基稀释法测定两性霉素B(AMB)、特比奈芬(TBF)、布替奈芬(BTF)及酮康唑(KCZ)单独应用及与没食子酸丙酯(PG)联合应用对6株眼科常见致病丝状真菌(串珠镰刀菌、茄病镰刀菌、梨孢镰刀菌、尖孢镰刀菌、烟曲霉菌、黄曲霉菌) 及2株质控菌株(白色念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结 果:单纯应用PG 400ug/ml对所有实验菌无抗真菌活性。四种抗真菌药单独应用及与PG 400ug/ml联合应用的抗丝状真菌活性如下。茄病镰刀菌、串珠、梨孢、尖孢、烟曲、黄曲、白念和近平滑等菌株的(MICug/ml)分别为:AMB (AMB+PG)4,1,0.5,1,4,2,2,0.25,0.5,0.25,0.125,0.5,1,1,0.25,0.25);TBF(TBF+PG) --4,4,8,8,0.0625,0.0625,0.0313,0.125(0.125,32,2,2,0.0313,0.0313,1,0.25);BTF(BTF+PG)--4,8,2,2,0.0625,0.0625,0.0313,0.0625(0.125,32,2,2,0.0625,0.0625, 0.0625,0.125); KCZ(KCZ+PG)--8,16,16,2,2,1,0.5,0.125(4,32, 32,4,2,2,1, 0.0625).结论:本研究结果显示PG与AMB联合应用对全部实验眼科致病丝状真菌有明显抗真菌协同作用;PG与TBF联合应用,对大部分实验菌有明显抗真菌协同作用;提示PG与AMB及PG与TBF联合应用有价值用于开发有效的抗真菌眼药。
