| 【Abstract】 Object To explore the cause ,ocular manisfestation of CVST，and misdiagnosis circumstance and therapy.Methods 4 CVST patients who had been diagnosed finally by DSA or MRA in january 2007 were investigated prospective,and summary the causes,clinical date,accessory examinations. Result Among the 4 cases,they all had visual decrease.The symptoms were different by the position of thrombosis,including vision decrease,high intracranial pressure,optic disc edema.Conculsion It is a common disease which is often be diagnosed wrongly or misdagnoseis.It is possible that CVST patients visit oculists at their first time.We should especially advert to the patients with intracranial hypertension with unknown diagnosis. |
