目的 探讨白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶体植入术治疗急性闭角型青光眼的疗效。
方法 采用白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术治疗急性闭角型青光眼27例，30眼，对其结果进行分析。
结果 术前平均眼压53.33±7.53，术后平均眼压16.07±1.89，术后矫正视力4.57±0.24；术前前房深度1.65±0.30，术后前房加深，大部分房角开放；
结论 白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶体植入术治疗急性闭角型青光眼，降压效果好，视力提高，并发症少。
Objective  To study the effects ofphacoemulsification with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma .  
Methods  The treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma on 27 cases (30) of in-patient were analysed
Result  The mean intraocular pressure before operation was 53.33±7.53mmHg. After operation the mean the intraocular was declined to 16.07±1.89 mmHg.The best postoperative corrected visual acuities were 4.57±0.24. The anterior chamber depth (ACD) and angle were increased after operation.
Conclusions  phacoemulsification with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation could control the IOP effectively and improved visual acuities without a little complication in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma .
