目的 探讨玻璃体切割术治疗白内障术中晶状体核全脱位的临床效果。
方法 回顾性，非对照，传统玻璃体切割手术中经前房取出脱位于玻璃体腔的晶状体核。手术中使用重水，首先切除晶状体皮质，用穿刺刀刺入晶状体核并直接送入前房，助手接力经白内障小切口娩出晶状体核。
结果 手术顺利取出晶状体核，术中无并发症，术后恢复快。
结论 玻璃体切割术中，经前房取出脱位于玻璃体腔的晶状体核切实可行，值得临床应用。
Objective To evaluate the vitrectomy for management of posteriorly dislocated nucleus or lens fragments taken in phacoemulsification throng anterior chamber．
Methods A retrospective,noncomparative case series ,taken away the dislocated nucleus or lens fragments throug antechambe during the tradition vitrectomy．Using perfluorotributyamine（C₁₂F₂₇N）,first absorb the lens cortex,and then use the stabknife fixed the nucleus and bring to the anterior chamber, the assistant take it out pass the small incision of trditional cataract surge.
Result Taken out the nucleus quickly and no comlications.  
Conclusion The method taken out the posteriorly dislocated nucleus pass the anterior chamber during the vitrectomy is practicable.
