目的 解决准分子激光治疗仪术前PMMA板打板清晰但术后效果欠佳的问题。
方法 2009年至2011年医院共开展准分子激光手术共计2742例，由OPD引导的个体化切削术722例（1443只眼），传统手术2020例（4041只眼），其间术中曾出现一次PMMA板打板清晰但手术效果欠佳的情况，找出原因并立即给予解决。
结果  维修后仪器恢复正常，手术患者术后效果明显。
结论 理论结合实际，维修结合临床，确保手术安全和手术质量。

Objective  Resolve the problem that The LASIK Operation system have a clear intraoperative PMMA board but Ineffective after surgery.
Methods  Our hospital have carried out a total of 2742 cases of excimer laser surgery from 2009 to 2011,which include 722 cases that Guided by the OPD, and 2020 cases of conventional surgery，And that had have a clear intraoperative PMMA board but Ineffective after surgery, found its reason and resolve the problem immediately.
Results  After service the instrument come back normality. And the sufferer of operation have better quality visual effects .
Conclusion Theory contact practice, service contact clinic ,be sure the surgeries is safe and good quality.
