We reported the surgical correction with conductive keratoplasty (CK) for 3 cases of residual hyperopia with/without astigmatism after previous laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for high myopia and following phacoemulsification combined with posterior intraocular lens implantation for complicated cataract. Following-up (1-3 years) results showed that the mean logMAR scores of the uncorrected distance and near visual acuity were improved and the manifest refraction spherical equivalent was reduced in all the 3 cases after CK treatment. No sight-threatening complications occurred during the follow-up period. We conclude that CK is an effective and safe treatment for the correction of residual hyperopia in post-LASIK pseudophakia. However, the refractive regression should be considered and the predictive algorithms should be modified.
