Objective To evaluate the effect of laser plastic operation and silicone oil filling  treating obstructive diseases of lacrimal duct.
Methods 189 eyes of 151 cases who were diagnosed as obstruction of lacrimal duct  (not including chronic dacryocystitis) were divided into two groups. 82 cases (110 eyes) performed laser plastic operation and silicone oil filling, 79 eyes of 69 cases adopted  laser plastic operation with dacryagogue intubation , all follow-up of 3 months to a year.
Consequence 110 eyes of Silicone oil group,78 eyes are treated only once . 23 eyes are improvement, 9 eyes are invalid. 79 eyes of Intubation group 57 eyes are just a cure, 15eyes are better, 7 eyes are invalid.
Conclusion the effect of laser plastic operation and silicone oil filling  treating obstructive diseases of lacrimal duct is similar to laser plastic operation with dacryagogue intubation，but laser plastic operation and silicone oil filling is more simple. It exempts the suffering from dacryagogue intubation for a long time。
