【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the clinical application value of 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of intraocular lens membrane. Methods：Subconjunctiva injection of 5-Fu was performed in 17 cases(19 eyes) with intraocular lens membrane after cataract surgery. Results：The intraocular lens membrane was absorbed and the acuity rised in 16 cases(18eyes). The effective rate was 94.7%. The membrane didn’t recurred after 3 months’ follow-up period. Conclusions：Using 5-Fu in the treatment of intraocular lens membrane is safe and effective.

【摘要】目的：探讨5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）治疗人工晶状体前膜的临床应用价值。方法：对17例（19眼）白内障术后人工晶状体前膜形成病例应用5-Fu球结膜下注射，观察疗效。结果：经5-Fu治疗后16例（18眼）人工晶状体前膜吸收，视力提高，有效率达94.7％，随访3个月未见复发。结论：5-Fu治疗人工晶状体前膜是安全有效的。
