| 波导LASIK技术的临床运用
——附451例888眼临床报道

【摘要】
目的：运用波导LASIK技术对451例888眼进行LASIK手术，提高LASIK手术患者的视觉质量和满意度。
方法：运用具备CustomVue技术的VISX STAR S4准分子激光系统对451例888眼屈光不正患者施行波导LASIK手术。设同期接受传统LASIK手术888眼为对照组，对术后一周、一月、三月的视力、屈光状态进行对比；对手术的满意度进行询问调查。
结果：术后裸眼视力≥1.0，波导LASIK手术为：一周98.7％、一月99.4％、三月99.3%；传统LASIK手术为：一周91.8％、一月96.5％、三月97.1 %；术后屈光状态(等效球镜)，波导LASIK手术为：一周+0.48±0.61、一月+0.45±0.5、三月+0.21±0.44；传统LASIK手术为：一周+0.48±1.24、一月+0.28±0.97、三月+0.19±0.53；手术询问调查结果分别为：术后雾视、重影、眩光和夜视力下降，波导LASIK手术术后一月为10％、一月以上为2%；传统LASIK手术术后一月为15％、一月以上为9%。
结论：波导LASIK手术后一周，98.7%以上的患者视力可达到1.0以上、比传统LASIK手术91.8%增加7个百分点。波导LASIK手术、传统LASIK术术后一周、一月、三月屈光状态（等效球镜）的改变表明：两种手术均能有效降底屈光度，但传统LASIK手术术后一周至一月的变化大于波导LASIK手术；手术询问调查结果：术后雾视、重影、眩光和夜视力下降，波导LASIK手术术后一月比传统LASIK手术术后降低5个百分点、一月以上降低7个百分点。

[Abstract] Objective: Wavefront-guided Lasik was performed on 888 eyes of 451 cases, the Wavefront Technology improved postoperative quality of vision and patients’ satisfaction.
Methods: CustomVue Lasik(Wavefront-guided Lasik) was performed on 888 eyes of 451 cases with VISX STAR S4. Compare custom Lasik and traditional Lasik in 1-week results, 1-month results and 3-month results of refractive data and vision acuity, investigate about patients’ satisfaction.
Results: Wavefront Lasik results about UCVA: 1-week results, rates of UCVA of 1.0 or better were 98.7％, 1-month were 99.4％, 3-month were 99.3%. Traditional Lasik: 1-week results, rates of UCVA of 1.0 or better were 91.8％, 1-month were 96.5％, 3 -month were 97.1 %.
Wavefront Lasik results about sphere equivalent :1-week results, the values were +0.48±0.61, 1-month were +0.45±0.5, 3-month were +0.21±0.44. Traditional Lasik : 1-week results, the values were +0.48±1.24, 1-month were +0.28±0.97, 3-month were +0.19±0.53.
Wavefront Lasik satisfaction: 1-month results, rates of haze, halo, glare and night-vision difficulties were 10%, over 1-month were 2%. Traditional Lasik: 1-month results, rates of haze, halo ,glare and night-vision difficulties were 15％, over 1-month were 9%.
Conclusion: 1-week results, rates of UCVA of 1.0 or better in the wavefront lasik and traditional lasik were 98.7% and 91.8%, the rates of wavefront lasik increased 7%. The sphere equivalent resutls showed that the two methods both can effectively improve vision acuity, but the change of traditional Lasik was bigger than which of wavefront lasik. Patients’satisfaction investigating outcome showed that the rates of haze, halo, glare and night-vision difficulties of Wavefront Lasik reduced 5% in comparison with traditional Lasik. Over 1 month postoperatively, the rates of Wavefront Lasik reduced 7% in comparison with traditional Lasik.
