| 【摘要】目的 探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术对视网膜厚度的影响。方法 分别于术前以及术后1天、1周、4周，采用视网膜厚度分析仪对接受准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的40例患者的视网膜厚度进行测量。结果 和术前比较，术后早期视网膜厚度明显增加，术后约1周恢复至术前水平。结论 准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术对术后早期视网膜厚度有明显影响。

【Abstract】Objective To determine the effect of laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK）on retinal thickness. Methods Retinal thickness values of 40 patients undergoing LASIK were measured by retinal thickness analyzer（RTA） before and 1 day, 1 week and 4 weeks after surgery. Results
Significant increase of retinal thickness was observed early after LASIK, while the values of retinal thickness measured 1 week and 4 weeks postoperatively did not differ significantly from those of preoperative. Conclusion LASIK has significant effect on retinal thickness in early-stage.
