目的:研究准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)矫治复性近视散光的临床疗效。
方法:采用VISX STAR S4 Active Track™ 系统行 LASIK进行矫治36例(52眼)高度近视合并中高度散光的患者,并随访6个月。
结果:术后6月时,49眼(94.2%)术后裸眼视力≥术前最佳矫正视力;剩余散光度分布情况:在0.50DC之内者32.7%(17眼),1.0DC之内者65.4%(34眼),2.0DC之内者96.2%(50眼);剩余球镜度分布情况:在0.50DS之内者51.9%(27眼),在1.0DS之内者76.9%(40眼),在2.0DS之内者92.3%(48眼),仅7.7%(4眼)剩余球镜度在-3.50DS~-7.50DS。
结论:LASIK矫治高度近视合并中高度散光可达到较好的视觉矫治效果。
PURPOSE: To evaluate the visual and refractive results of laser in situ keratomileusis for treatment of myopia and myopia astigmatism.
METHODS: A retrospective analysis of 52 eyes that had LASIK for myopia and myopia astigmatism was performed with the VISX STAR S4 system, the average follow-up period was six months.
RESULTS: Six months postoperatively, 94.2% of eyes examined had uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) better than or equal to preoperative best spectacle-corrected visual acuity (BSCVA); Residual myopia astigmatism post operation 32.7% of eyes were < ±0.50DC, 65.4% of eyes were < ±0.50DC, 96.2% of eyes were < ±2.0DC; Residual myopia post operation 51.9% of eyes were < ±0.50DC,76.9% of eyes were < ±1.0DC, 92.3% of eyes were < ±2.0DC, only 7.7% of eyes within -3.50DS~-7.50DS.
CONCLUSION: LASIK provide better accuracy for high myopia and moderate and high myopia astigmatism. |
