| 目的：分析高透氧硬性角膜接触镜（Rigid gas permeable contact lens,RGP） 联合常规弱视治疗干预屈光参差性弱视眼前后的视觉诱发电位（VEP）变化规律，探讨RPG增强常规弱视治疗对屈光参差性弱视疗效的相关机理。方法：将2003年1月~2004年12月在我科门诊诊断为屈光参差性弱视患者43例，，随机分为A、B两组，A组22人，B组21人,A组配戴高透氧硬性角膜接触镜，B组配戴框架眼镜，戴镜后两组同时进行正规弱视综合治疗，对比观察两组治疗3个月、6个月后视力、立体视、VEP等的变化。结果：3个月后，两组裸眼和矫正视力均有不同程度提高，A组有效率达77.3%，平均提高2.01行，B组有效率达14.3.00%， VEP异常发生率B组多于A组；两组疗效具显著性差异。 6个月后，A组有裸眼和矫正视力均有不同程度提高，有效率达90.91%，平均提高2.35行，B组例矫正视力提高，有效率达19.04%，VEP异常发生率B组明显多于A组，两组疗效具显著性差异。结论：RGP矫正屈光参差性弱视安全、有效，可以通过VEP等电生理手段客观评价其在弱视矫正中的作用，并为屈光参差性弱视的病理机制提供证据。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of using Rigid Gas Permeable Lens(RGP) to cure anisometopic amblyopia by VEP ,visual acuity. Methods： 43 patients with anisometropic amblyopia were divided into two groups, group A (22patients) with RGP and B group (21 patients) with rimway mounting were given amblyopia therapy as covering and so on. And observe the effect comparatively. Result： After3 months, in A group there were 17 patients with both the bole vision and the corrected vision increasing (with effective rate 77.3%) while in B group there were only 3 patient whose corrected vision was enhanced (with effective rate 14.3%). The results differed significantly between the two groups (χ2=32.84 P<0.01). After6 months, in A group there were 20 patients with both the bole vision and the corrected vision increasing (with effective rate 90.91%) while in B group there were only 4patient whose corrected vision was enhanced (with effective rate 19.02%). The results differed significantly between the two groups (χ2=47.25, P<0.01). Both after 3mon and after 6mon, ratio of anomal-VEP in group A is more than group B. Conclusion：Using RGP is a safe and effective way to cure anisometropic amblyopia, VEP can be helpful to evaluate effect of amblyopia therapy. |
