| 目的：观察单纯戴镜一年治疗远视或散光性中、轻度弱视（无屈光参差或斜视）的疗效。
方法：对70只远视（+9D~+1.5D）和或散光（4.5D~1.5D）导致的中、轻度弱视眼睛（视力0.3~0.8）单纯戴镜一年的疗效进行回溯性观察。
结果：100%有至少两行的视力提高，94.3%有至少三行的视力提高，50%的中度弱视患者有至少四行的视力提高，97.1%的轻度弱视治愈。
结论：对于远视或散光性中、轻度弱视患者（无屈光参差或斜视），单纯戴镜可有较好的疗效。

Effect of treating moderate or mild amblyopia resulted from hyperopia or astigmatism with spectacles alone
Objective: To evaluate the effect of spectacles alone for treating moderate or mild amblyopia resulted from hyperopia and or astigmatism （with no strabismus or anisometropia）.
Methods: A retrospective investigation of 70 eyes with moderate or mild amblyopia （VA 0.3~0.8）resulted from hyperopia （+9D~+1.5D）and or astigmatism（+4.5D~1.5D） treating with spectacles alone for one year.
Results: 100% eyes increased 2 lines or more of VA, 94.3% increased 3 lines or more of VA, 50% moderate amblyopia eyes increased 4 lines or more of VA, 97.1% mild amblyopia eyes increased to normal.
Conclusions: Spectacles alone is an effective method for treating moderate or mild amblyopia resulted from hyperopia and or astigmatism（with no strabismus or anisometropia）
