广角激光扫描血管造影技术在脉络膜黑色素瘤中的应用价值

广角激光扫描血管造影技术在脉络膜黑色素瘤中的应用价值 田蓓 魏文斌 王光璐 杨丽红 丁宁 史雪辉 摘要 目的 评价广角激光扫描血管造影技术在脉络膜黑色素瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:对临床诊断为脉络膜黑色素瘤的患者24例,随机分为两组,分别应用激光扫描眼底镜的广角接触镜系统和非接触镜成像镜头对其行FFA 及ICGA全景造影扫描,获得150°广角视野图像和30°视野图像资料,并对其成像质量进行综合评定。结果24例患者均获得满意的影像资料。广角成像系统提供了病变位置与其他解剖结构准确的毗邻关系,对病变的大小和造影过程中瘤体血管的充盈情况提供了全面的信息。同时将传统造影视野范围提高了3~5倍,有助于周边病变的筛查。 结论: 广角激光扫描血管造影技术在脉络膜黑色素瘤诊断中有重要的应用价值。 Scanning Laser Ophthalmoscopy and Angiography With a Wide-Field Contact Lens System in choroidal melanoma Objective: To evaluate the application value of scanning laser ophthalmoscopy and angiography with a wide-field contact lens system on the choroidal melanoma diagnosis and the random visit. Methods: to apply seperately the wide-field contact and noncontact lens system of the SLO to perform the FFA and ICGA widefield imaging scan to 24 patients clinically diagnosed with the choroidal melanoma in order to aquire the 150°wide-field and 30°view image data.Results: Satisfying image data are required from all of the 24 patients. Wide-field contact lens system provides the accurate adjacent relation between the pathological change position and the other dissection mechanism, and it also provides the general information about the defree of pathological changes and the abound situation of tumor vessels in the imaging process.At the same time, it increases the traditional imaging view scope 3-5 folds, which will help detect the peripheral pathological changes.Conclusions: Scanning laser ophthalmoscopy and angiography with a wide-field contact lens system have important application value on the choroidal melanoma diagnosis.
