目的：描述视网膜内界膜剥离在特发性黄斑前膜眼中的应用，临床特点及其效果。
病人和方法：回顾2000～2006年因特发性黄斑前膜需行玻璃体视网膜手术患者31眼（31例），男性6例，女性25例。年龄56岁～71岁,平均年龄59±18.6岁。病程6个月～49个月，平均11±8.7个月，7眼在1年以上。未明确原发病变:玻璃体视网膜手术剥除前膜后再视网膜内界膜，间接达到整理松解视网膜皱褶，部分患者结合TA标记，眼内空气充填1周左右。术前视力HM~0.3。追踪观察6～38个月。
结果：特发性黄斑前膜眼，采用内界膜剥离很易彻底去除。病程短的视网膜内界膜能很容易剥除，病程长的视网膜内界膜不容易剥除。术后病程短的均获得解剖和功能上的成功，病程较长的解剖成功但功能上的恢复不显著，术后视力0.05~0.7，尚未发现由视网膜内界膜剥离所致的严重并发症。
结论：视网膜内界膜剥离在玻璃体视网膜手术中的应用越来越广泛，不但可达到整理松解黄斑区处视网膜邹褶同时解除对黄斑中心凹的牵引，还可以清除紧密附着在黄斑前视网膜表面的炎性物质，改善黄斑区局部的代谢，有利于黄斑功能的恢复。
ABSTRACT
AIMS: To describe the applications, clinical features, and effect of the divesting of retinal inner limiting membrane in idiopathic epimacular membrane.
PATIENTS AND METHODS: The records of 31 cases diagnosed as idiopathic epiretinal membrane were collected from 31 patients who have undergone pars plana vitrectomy ( PPV ). During the operation, retinal inner limiting membrane was found and carried apart from the macular. The research is retrospective, noncomparative, and consecutive .
RESULTS: Idiopathic epimacular membrane could be removed easily by tearing the retinal inner limiting membrane. It is obvious for the short-term patients to get better optical vision. However, patients with long-term epimacular membranes couldn’t obtain functional revival completely.
CONCLUSION: The application of tearing retinal inner limiting membrane in the vitreoretinal surgery has become more and more popular. It could not only relieve the traction of retinal inner limiting membrane to retina and clivus of fovea but also get rid of the virose substances adhered firmly to the surface of macular, and improve the macular’s metabolism , and accelerate the furbish of the function of the macular.
