| 摘要 目的 了解白内障超声乳化术后手术满意度的情况，分析对其影响的因素 方法 2005年1月至2006年1月在我院接受白内障超声乳化术愿意接受调查的患者216例，分别于术后一月、三月和六月随访调查，调查内容包括：性别、年龄、职业、文化程度、术前最佳矫正视力、病程、术后最佳矫正视力（远、近视力）以及对手术的满意度（分为非常满意、基本满意、尚可和不满意），进行分类回归分析。 结果 以非常满意和基本满意合计满意度术后一月、三月和六月分别为：71.40%、81.50%和76.27%。 本研究所得数据就年龄、性别、病程、术前最佳矫正视力、文化程度、职业、术后最佳矫正远视力、术后最佳矫正近视力、植入人工晶体类型以及手术并发症多种因素进行分类回归分析。 术后一月，年龄和性别在回归方程中无统计学意义（P＞0.05），而其余指标均有统计学意义（P＜0.01） 。术后三月，各因素在回归方程中均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。 术后六月，除人工晶体类型外的各因素在回归方程中均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论 白内障超声乳化术后手术满意度受到多种因素的影响。

Analysis of postoperative patients’satisfaction of phacoemulsification

Abstract Objectives: To investigate patients’ postoperative satisfaction of phacoemulsification, and analyse factors that affect its level. Methods: Two hundred sixteen patients after phacoemulsification 1 month ,three month and six month were inquired satisfaction of the surgery. Meanwhile recorded gender,age,occupation,education,preoperative best corrected visual acuity,course of disease,postoperative best corrected visual acuity for distance and near.Data was analysed by categorical regression. Rsults: Patients’ satisfaction of opstoperative 1 month ,three month and six month is 71.40%,81.50% and 76.27% correspondingly. Postoperative 1 month age and gender were not significantly and other factors were significantly related to patients’satisfaction. Postoperative 3 month all the factors were significant ,and postoperative 6 month the factors but kinds of IOL for implanting were significantly correlated with patients’ satisfaction. Conclusions: This study provides support for there are many factors related to patients’ satisfaction of phacoemulsification postoperation.
