旋转式角膜板层刀纽孔瓣产生的实验研究 |

[摘要] 目的 探索旋转式角膜板层刀纽孔瓣产生的原因。方法 应用Moria-2旋转式角膜板层刀在新鲜羊眼角膜上,在以下情况下制作角膜瓣,观察角膜瓣情况。①走刀时夹住负压管。②未达到负压值时走刀。③走刀时眼球摇摆不定。④刀刃钝。⑤角膜表面及刀头干燥。结果 角膜表面及刀头干燥是纽孔瓣产生的主要原因。结论 纽孔瓣是角膜表面及刀头干燥所产生不良瓣的一种特殊情况,是可以预防和避免的。

[Abstract] Purpose: To evaluate the cause of Moria carriago-Barraguer microkeratome induced buttonhole. Method: To observe complication of corneal flap in the flowing condition on fresh caprine cornea when using Moria-2 carriago-Barraguer microkeratome:.① Clamping the negative pressure tube when forwarding the knife; .② Forwarding the knife when the negative pressure is not achieved the desired level; ③ The eye ball is pendulous when forwarding the knife; ④The cutting chin of the knife is blunt; ⑤The surface of the cornea or the knife head is dry. Result: Xeransis of corneal surface is the main cause of buttonhole. Conclusion: Xeransis of corneal surface is an exceptive condition that can cause buttonhole, it is preventable and avoidable in LASIK.
