多焦视网膜电图(multifocalelectroretinogram mfERG)是视觉电生理学的一项重要新进展, 用它评价视网膜外层和中层功能障碍(如视网膜营养不良) 的价值已得到肯定。但用mfERG检测主要以内层视网膜损害为主的青光眼,尤其是用于早期诊断,仍存在许多问题有待解决。本文介绍了多焦视网膜电图的基本原理、正常人多焦ERG特征、青光眼及高眼压多焦ERG的改变以及多焦ERG与青光眼视野缺损的关系。
A Review of Multifocal Electroretinogram for Glaucoma
[Abstract] Multifocal electroretinogram(mfERG) is an important progress in visual electrophysiology . Evaluate dysfunction of ectoretina and middle layer such as retinal malnutrition has been already with affirmation . MfERG examination was used mainly include of glaucoma with inner layer retina damaged , especially for early diagnosis . But it remains some existing problems to be resolved . This paper introduces the basic theory of mfERG、feature of mfERG in normal people、the change of mfERG in glaucoma and ocular hypertension and the relationship between mfERG and visual field damage extent in glaucoma .
