某部官兵干眼症相关因素调查

【摘要】 目的 探讨戈壁工程作业区干眼症的发病率及其影响因素。方法 以某工程部队为研究对象,采取整群抽样的方法,调查该部干眼症的流行病学特点及相关因素。结果 该部干部战士干眼症检测指标的异常率高达40.12%;在进入该作业区的前3年,泪膜的稳定性越来越差,而泪液分泌不受影响;工程与非工程作业组的Schirmer试验无统计学意义,而泪膜破裂时间和荧光素染色评分有统计学显著差异;南方籍战士比北方战士泪膜稳定性差且眼表损害重。结论 就该部官兵来说,干眼症的发生与入伍时间,工种及入伍前的籍贯有关。 【关键词】 干眼症 Schirmer试验 泪膜破裂时间 荧光素染色评分 Cross-sectional surve on correlation factor of dry eye detection index of certain troops soldier and officer ZHANG Xiao-ping YANG Guo-hua RONG Tian-ying et al Five Organs department of No.546 hospital of PLA, mailbox 21-83, Wuloumuqi, Xinjiang,841700,China 【Abstract】 Objective To explore incidence rate and influential factor of dry eye in desert engineering region. Methods The dry eye epidemiological characteristics and influential factor of the troops were investigated by cluster sampling method on the troops. Results The morbidity rate of dry eye in this troops reach to 40.12%.In the first 3 years of entering this engineering region, the tear film stability became more and more better, but the lacrimal secretion was not influenced; The result of Schirmer test has not statistically significant between engineering group and non- engineering group, but the broking up time and fluorescein stain score has statistically significant; The soldiers from south have poor tear film stability and heavier eye surface impairment than that of north soldiers. Conclusion To this troops be concerned, the incidence of dry eye are related with enlistment time and type of work in production and native place. 【Key words】 dry eye Schirmer test breakup time of tear film fluorescein stain scor
