【摘要】 目的 比较植入二种不同光学部形状设计人工晶状体(IOLs)的人工晶状体眼最佳矫正视力、对比敏感度及波前像差,分析人工晶状体光学部形状对人工晶状体眼视觉质量的影响。方法 连续选取2005年1月~2005年5月在我院确诊的年龄相关性白内障患者35人(44眼)作为观察对象,随机分为二组,行超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,分别植入Canon Staar AQ-310NV和Allergan Tecnis Z9001人工晶状体。术后2个月回访病人,行最佳矫正视力,对比敏感度和波前像差检查。 结果 Tecnis组最佳矫正视力为1.15±0.19;AQ-310NV组最佳矫正视力为1.00±0.11,Tecnis组最佳矫正视力明显优于AQ-310NV组﹙P<0.05)。Tecnis组在夜(3.0c/d、6.0c/d)、夜+周边眩光(1.5c/d、3.0c/d、6.0c/d)、昼(1.5c/d、3.0c/d、6.0c/d)及昼+周边眩光(1.5c/d、3.0c/d、12.0c/d)条件下对比敏感度明显高于AQ-310NV组﹙P<0.05)。瞳孔直径在5.0mm状态下Tecnis组的球差、第四阶像差、第五阶像差、第六阶像差及总体高阶像差均方根值明显低于AQ-310NV两组,差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05)。 结论 非球面人工晶状体眼视觉质量明显优于球面型人工晶状体眼。
【Abstract】Objective To compare the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), contrast sensitivity and total higher-order wavefront aberrations in 44 pseudophakic eyes implanted with two different types of intraocular lenses (IOLs) ,to obtain an objective evaluation of the optical quality of these pseudophakic eyes. Methods 35patients (44 eyes) were selected randomly to accepted phacoemulsification and implanted IOLs of Canon Staar AQ-310NV and Allergan Tecnis Z9001. Examinations of the BCVA, contrast sensitivity and total higher-order wavefront aberrations were carried out at 2 months after cataract surgery. Results In the examination of BCVA, contrast sensitivity under the nighttime (at 3.0c/d,6.0c/d), nighttime with periglare(at 1.5c/d,3.0c/d,6.0c/d), daytime (at 1.5c/d,3.0c/d,6.0c/d) and daytime with periglare(at 1.5c/d,3.0c/d,12.0c/d) conditions were significantly better in eyes implanted with Tecnis Z9001 than with AQ-310NV﹙P<0.05﹚. For a 5.0mm optical zone, the Spherical Aberration, RMS4, RMS5, RMS6 and RMSh in eyes implanted with the Tecnis lens showed significant reduction﹙P<0.05﹚.Conclusion Our study shows the optical quality of eyes implanted with aspheric IOLs was significantly better than spherical IOLs. |
