| 白内障人工晶体囊袋内植入联合硅油取出术
【摘要】：目的 探讨玻璃体切割术后硅油填充眼并发白内障小切口摘除、经瞳孔硅油取出、人工晶体囊袋内植入的可行性及有效性。方法 对本组40例（40只眼）玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术后并发白内障的患者行白内障小切口摘除、经瞳孔硅油取出、人工晶体囊袋内植入。结果 手术后随访3~5个月，术后最佳矫正视力0.1~0.5者28只眼，0.02~0.1者10只眼，眼前指数2只眼。2只眼出现视网膜脱离复发，经再次硅油填充后视网膜复位。8眼出现角膜后弹力层水肿，经用处理后均得以恢复，均无持续性角膜失代偿。所有患者均无出现硅油滴残留、人工晶体移位和玻璃体出血等并发症。结论 硅油眼行白内障小切口摘除、经瞳孔硅油取出、人工晶体囊袋内植入对于硅油眼并发白内障是一种安全、有效的方法，减少了手术并发症的发生。

Cataract extraction,intraocular lens implantation combined with transpupillary silicone oil removal in the eyes with silicone oil temponade

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of catarct extraction and intraocular lens implantation combined with transpupillary silicone oil removal in the eyes with silicone oil temponade.Methods 20 patients underwent cataract extraction combined with revomal of silicone oil and intraocular lens implantation.Results Of the group 28 eyes had obtain ed post-operative visual acuity≥0.1,10 eyes between 0.02~0.1,2 eye finger count.Post-operative complication was recurrent retinal retinal detachment in 2 eye.Vitreous hemorrhage,persisting corneal endothelial ,residual silicone oil and lens dislocation due to combined surgery were not observed in any patients.Conlusion The combined surgery through cataract extraction intraocular lens implantation and transpupilly silicone oil removal is a safe,effective approach .It reduces post-operative complications.
