目的    总结35例白内障超声乳化吸除联合小梁切除术的围手术期护理经验。
方法   术前的心理护理，术前病情观察，术前常观护理，术后常观护理，术后病情观察及并发症的护理，出院指导。
结果  无一例感染及其它并发症病例，疗效满意。
结论   围手术期护理具有十分重要的意义。
Objective  To summarize 35 cases of perioperation nursing for cataract phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy.
Methods  Which including psychological care,patients' condition observation,routine nursing before operation,and postopertative routine nursing, patients'condition observation,complications nursing, discharged instruction as well.
Results There were no case of infection and other complications,and all achieved satisfactory results.
Conclusions Perioperation nursing is of great significance in clinical works.
