| Marfan综合征白内障手术与视网膜巨大裂孔相关性的探讨 |

| 目的：对Marfan综合征晶状体脱位行白内障手术与视网膜周边巨大裂孔性脱离的相关性因素进行分析，探讨手术方法与安全性的关系。
方法:回顾性研究Marfan综合征无晶体眼与人工晶体眼视网膜脱离患者7例8眼。分析Marfan综合征晶状体脱位行白内障手术与视网膜周边巨大裂孔性脱离的相关性因素，探讨手术方法与安全性的关系。
结果：术后随访3-48月，平均18个月。巩膜外扣压术手术1眼，玻璃体视网膜手术的7眼均一次复位。8眼均未见严重并发症。末次随访时视力0.3以上4只眼(50%),0.05-0.3者3只眼(37.5%)。
结论：Marfan综合征白内障囊内摘出或晶状体脱位>1/2囊袋内置张力环及人工晶体植入易并发巨大裂孔（8例中5眼）。

Abstract
The discuss on the relativity between cataract surgery and giant retinal hole in Marfans syndrome
Objective：To discuss the relationship between the method and security of surgery through analyzing the relativity factors between the cataract surgeries for lens dislocation in Marfans syndrome and giant peripheral retina hole.Method：The author retrospectively analyzed about 7 cases of the retinal detachment in Marfans syndrome in which the eyes of the patients were without lens or with artificial lens. He also analyzed the relativity factors between the cataract surgery for lens dislocation of Marfans syndrome and giant peripheral retina hole and discussed the relationship between the method and security of surgery.Results: The patients were followed up for 3 to 48 months (averaged 18 months) after operation. 1 eye was treated with scleral bucking，and 7 eyes were treated with vitreoretinal Surgery. In all of those cases retina were attached successfully after first operation and there didn’t find any severe syndrome. The visual acuities of 4 eyes (50%) were above 0.3, 3 eyes (37.5%)were 0.05 to 0.3 in the latest follow-up visit.Conclusion: Instracapsular cataract extraction or capsular tension ring implantation and embedded artificial lens in Marfans syndrome easily lead to an intercurrent disease of giant retina hole (5 eyes in 8 cases).
