| 目的：探讨配戴角膜接触镜后的角膜地形图变化。方法：复习并总结了近几年来关于角膜接触镜配戴者应用角膜地形仪观察角膜形态变化的相关文章，客观全面地总结了角膜接触镜配戴者的角膜地形图变化。结果：配戴接触镜可引起角膜形态的改变;停戴接触镜后，角膜形态会逐渐恢复，其恢复时间还与配戴镜片的种类、配戴方式、配戴时间的长短、个体差异等均有相对的关系。结论：角膜地形图可以全面客观地评估接触镜配戴者的角膜形态改变，尤其是对接触镜配戴者进行屈光治疗时，可以适当掌握手术时机，同时，可用于鉴别早期圆锥角膜及指导接触镜的更佳验配。

Analysis of the change in the Corneal Topography of Patients with Corneal Contact Lens

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the change in the Corneal Topography of Patients after wearing the contact lens. Methods: The papers related the change in the Corneal Topography of Patients after wearing the contact lens were reviewed and analysed. Result: The shape of the corneal can be changed after wearing the contact lens. And the alterations gradually return to normal after removal of the corneal contact lens and the time when return to normal is decided by the styles of the lenses、the methods of wear and so on. Conclusion: The change of corneal shape can be evaluate by the Corneal Topography. Therefore, wear-time of contact lens and the comparision of repeated corneal topographies should be concerned before surgery for refraction; it can also distinguish keratocous in its early stages and guide the fitting of contact lens better.
