| 新鲜羊膜移植联合丝线胬肉分离术的临床观察 |

| 【摘要】目的 比较新鲜羊膜移植联合丝线胬肉分离术和单纯翼状胬肉切除术后胬肉复发率及角膜上皮愈合速度。方法 翼状胬肉患者54例66眼，42眼采用复合式新鲜羊膜移植联合丝线胬肉分离术, 24眼行单纯翼状胬肉切除术。术后观察角膜上皮愈合速度及愈合时间，并随访1年，了解两组复发情况。 结果 观察组角膜上皮愈合速度为（58.55±14.12）×10-3mm/h，显著快于对照组（54.12±11.42）×10-3mm/h；1年后复发率，观察组（4.76%）明显低于对照组（29.17%）。结论 新鲜羊膜移植联合丝线胬肉分离术可有效控制胬肉复发，促进创面愈合，是翼状胬肉治疗的有效方法。

Clinical investigation of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation after excision of pterygium with thread for treating pterygium
【Abstract】Objective: The aim of this investigation was to compare the healing velocity of corneal epithelium and recurrence rate between fresh amniotic membrane transplantation (FAMT) after excision of pterygium with thread and simple excision of pterygium (SEP). Method: sixty-six eyes of fifty-four patients with pterygium, forty-two eyes were treated by FAMT after excision of pterygium with thread, twenty-four eyes by SEP. The postoperatively healing velocity and time of corneal epithelium were observed postoperatively. All cases were followed for one year. Result: The healing velocity of corneal epithelium in FAMT group (58.55±14.12) ×10-3mm/h was significantly faster than SEP group (54.12±11.42) ×10-3mm/h and the recurrence rate of FAMT group (4.76%) was lower than SEP group (29.17%). Conclusion: The operation of FAMT after excision of pterygium with thread can improve the healing velocity of wound and prevent pterygium recurrence. It was an effective method for the treatment of pterygium.
